Captain America and the Falcon #7

At Marriott Hill in Battery Park, Captain America and the Scarlet Witch are waking up from a long night's sleep. Meanwhile, in Harlem, Falcon makes an unwelcome visit to an old friend, Leila. He urges her to reveal the link between the Navy and the Rivas drug cartel. She refuses, suspecting a setup by Captain America and Falcon that led to her imprisonment in Guantanamo. Falcon clarifies that the cartel suspects them of killing a leader and has sent an assassin, "The Saint," after them. He warns that Leila, due to her past involvement, may be targeted first to reach him or Captain America. Falcon suggests they unite for protection. During the visit, her boyfriend confronts Falcon, leading to a scuffle which Falcon wins. The next morning at Captain America's house, he shares with Falcon his recurring dreams about Bucky and his regrets over past wars. Elsewhere, Tony Stark is preparing for his speech at the United Nations General Assembly.
