Step aside, MacGyver—DC has introduced a new master of gadgets. In the previous issue, Milton Tweeleg combined a metal detector, a compact Eastern European car, and a disposable lighter to achieve the unthinkable, turning Lou Martin into a celebrated figure (a feat not yet accomplished by the writer of this series!). This issue, Milton is back at it. With just an axe, he's set to alter Lou's life irrevocably!
