Barry Chase, known as Flyboy, comes back to Sol City in disgrace after an unsuccessful bid to reinvent himself under a new identity. He is now a man without a refuge, scorned by the media and forsaken by those he once considered allies. Isolated... until Moonglow, the infamous villainess, presents him with a proposition that might be too enticing to reject.
