For weeks, the supervillain Julia Moonglow has been siphoning the energy and vitality from Barry 'Flyboy' Chase, all the while preventing him from recalling these events. She's now prepared to restore his memories and discloses the reasons behind her pursuit of him, as well as the destiny of her deceased twin sister. However, this is merely a prelude to a more shocking revelation: Barry is about to learn that the Red Cowl might still be alive, an epiphany that devastates him to his core.
