The stolen infant son of Vampirella, taken by her malicious doppelganger Draculina, has finally been returned to his mother. A enigmatic figure named Cicero appears, claiming to be her child sent from a dystopian future where Vampirella has become The Witch of Ashthorne, a vindictive ruler responsible for a catastrophic nuclear disaster. After rescuing her son, Cicero implores Vampirella to return him for the sake of his own well-being and the world's safety.
